Happy Belated Easter 2011!!!

We went to Casper for Easter again this year. Madison helped her cousins dye eggs. As usual, Seamus seemed to think that since the dye was in cups, it was OK to drink. Fortunately, we caught him before he had completed the act.

Seamus dying eggs.

Tallulah is not so patiently waiting for the colors to turn out.

Here they are plcing carrots under the tree in hopes of luring the Easter Bunny to Aunt Chris' house.

Apparently the Easter Bunny likes Diet Coke and beer too.

And then it was Easter morning.....

Let's unload those baskets and eat jelly beans for breakfast!!!

Little Lamby

Daddy shows Seamus how it is done!!

Easter Egg Hunt 2011!!

And March Madness Continued...

Happy 5th Birthday Tallulah May!! March 23rd. We ate the kitty cake after a yummy birthday dinner of corned beef and cabbage. (hey, that is what she wanted for her birthday dinner.)

Seamus sings "Happy Birthday" to his sister. It was adorable (as all the things Seamus are).
I wonder what she wished for.

I didn't know whether to be disturbed at the fact that Tally picked out a birthday cake that bore a remarkable resemblence to our new kitty, Lello. Hmmmm.....

We went to the Sinks with Nana and Papa, the day after the big party on Mar 19th. It was a great day to get outside.

This is how my children celebrated St. Patrick's Day.

Party Time

Are you ready to play??

TOY STORY!!!!

Tallulah and Seamus

celebrate their birthdays

March 19th

For the birthday celebration this year the theme was "Ready to Play!!!" So with help from family and friends we got the party under way. No one was a big baby or a mean monkey and fun was had by all!

Mr. Potato Head guards the snacks.

The loot!!

If you look carefully you can see Pinata Buzz hanging in there waiting to drop his load.

(No, not that kind of load, but rather party goodies)

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you...

Seamus ponders a wish.

Blowin' the candles out. Tally is 5 and Seamus is 3 this year!

Mmm. Yummy!

All about the ice cream!

Super cool mom, hooked the monkies up with a rocket ship (Toy Story) pinata.

Everybody pulled a string to make it break open.

Lots of presents to unwrap.

Cards to read.

Seamus packs off the Barnyard Uno game.

A wrap of the unwrapping!

March Monkies

Tally and our new kitty, "Lello"... Tally named her, and made a bed for her.

Lello likes Tally.

Seamus turned three last Friday. We celebrated with a little dragon cake.

When mom wasn't looking, Seamus and Lello ambushed his cake, scoring some nibbles- disfiguring it a bit.

"My birday, my birday cake! I like cake an icream. I big boy now."

The next morning the monkies dressed up and boogied down to the Ranch Breakfast Show, on the radio. Who needs cartoons and disney movies, when you have a radio?

Ski the Winds

Windriver Range, near Pinedale, WY
January 15th, 2011

Tally, Seamus and Cousin Madison shred the Winds!

Seamus on his first chair lift.

Might as well learn the way daddy did- go right up, first thing.

Actually we did try doing some lessons and stuff down low on the flats, but as soon as Tally and crew his the chair lift, that's where Seamus wanted to go. "Go up! Go up daddy!" He basically threw fit until I caved. Up we went.

After a run or two with dad, it was mom's turn.

Workin' on that snow plow... if anyone can teach him... it's mom!

Weehoo! "Not go fast. Ski fun!"

After almost a whole day skiing the little lift, Tally was ready to conquer the mountain from the top. Her cousin Madison escorted her all the way. Big run for Tally. Her first officiall blue run. I the we did Bonneville or Upper Fremont- dunno for sure, check out the map to see for yourself... White Pine Map

Tally rides the chair with Aunt Chris and Cousin Maddy.

The pink ripper!

All about the pizza!

A couple weekends back the monkies went ice skating...

Seamus was content to play in the snow.

Though he did try some skating.

Tally had it down- didn't really need the walker.

Look mom- no hands!
