The Birthday Monkeys

A Curious George kind of day.....
March 20th 2010

Celebrating:

Tallulah May Tinker Hamilton, age 4 (March 23rd)
and
Seamus Ray Tinker Hamilton, age 2 (March 11th)

The day started with Dad taking the monkeys skiing so Mom could get the house together for the party, with all things Curious George. Soon enough the house was decked out and waiting for our guests. Shortly after Nana and Papa showed up, the kids and their dad got back - just in time to help Papa put their new wagon together!!

Tally's balloons and the snacks. Balloons, balloons everywhere.
Two kids = twice as many!

Seamus' balloons!

Tally's new tea set

The cakes and Seamus' cool CG car

After the guests arrived, we played pin the butterfly.... Here, Grammy, with the Curious George mask, is taking direction from Madison and Rylie as Miss Hayley Carter looks on.

Listening to the birthday serenade....

How long does this song last anyway?

You want me to do what?

Finally, the boy gets to eat.

Tally declares the chocolate frosting YUMMY!!!

PRESENTS!!!!!!

another one....

and another one....

And the best ones. Seamus tries out his new skis while Tally proudly wears her new goggles. (which she seemed to like more than her new bike - silly girl.) A great time was had by all. It was so good to celebrate with the family. These kids LOVE their grandparents: Nana, Papa, Grammy, and Grandpa. Thanks to the Riverton cousins: Lena, Lance, Rudy and Diego for coming. We also appreciated that a very pregnant Aunt Tammy was able to to come with Cousin Hayley and Uncle Rob. And finally, we were so glad that Aunt Chris and Uncle Dino brought Madison and Rylie (aka RY-EE) with them. Great times!

And finally the overdue pict......

Apparently there is something to looker's left that one can only see if they are under the age of five.

Our babies!! (who aren't exactly babies anymore)
